Refunds are subject to the terms below and the program-specific terms presented at enrollment.

Eligible programs may offer a cooling-off period during which a full refund is available before classes commence.

Once live classes begin, refunds may be prorated or unavailable depending on the program. Specific terms are shown at checkout.

Submit refund requests to our admissions team. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Stripe.
